Fibre Broadband services offer a best-effort low-cost alternative to a dedicated Corporate Fibre service with guaranteed uptimes and throughput. Our Fibre Broadband products are designed to be cost-effective for small to medium-sized businesses, which may not require a guaranteed throughput or uptime connectivity service.

• Yes. During Network congestion the contention ratio is 1: 10. This means that 10 business customers will be connecting over the same Network at the same time. This can affect the top speeds being reached.

• This will depend on the Fibre Network Operator (FNO). The FNO designs the package speeds and BitCo configures accordingly. Please speak to a sales consultant to confirm.

• If trenching is required installation can take 4 – 6 months. If no trenching is required and the building/ office park already has infrastructure for the installation the lead time is approximately 8 – 10 weeks.
• Please note that installation is subject to wayleave approval should trenching be required.
